 You Come In for Session 1- 90 Minutes
This session is broken into two parts:
Full Golf Fitness Assessment
Fitness evaluation that will identify any physical limitations, asymmetries or imbalances that will cause
swing faults and eventually lead to injury.  We will evaluate mobility, stability, strength and power that will help us in designing your program.
Mobility/Stability 101
Introduction to the concepts of mobility and stability, the foundation of our program.  Exercises and stretches will be assigned based on Full Golf Fitness Assessment
 
We then design a 6-week program for you. 

The program will be designed based on the Full Golf Fitness Assessment
. Your personalized program will address all of your imbalances, weaknesses and the physical limitations that can cause swing faults. You will be given a Program Worksheet with all of the exercises on it for you to record and track your progress.

We build you a Personalized Web Page
You will have your own web page with videos of all of the exercises that we assign in the program.

You Come In for Sessions 2 and 3 (or Sessions 2-6 if you are getting a 6 Pack)
60 minute sessions
This is where we will review the workouts in the 6 week plan.  You will learn and review all of the exercises in the program so you can do them on your own.

Designed for groups of two to four golfers, semi-private training is appropriate for all ages and fitness levels.  How It Works

You Come In for Session A1- 90 Minutes

We then design a 6-week program for you. 
The program will be designed based on the Full Golf Fitness Assessment
. Your personalized program will address all of your imbalances, weaknesses and the physical limitations that can cause swing faults and will be done in the first 20-25 minutes of the semi-private sessions.  This is the individualized part of the sessions.
You will be given a Program Worksheet with all of the exercises on it for you to record and track your progress for your home workouts

You will have your own web page with videos of all of the exercises that we assign in the program.

You Come In for Sessions 1 through 12, 2x a week for 6 weeks
50 minute sessions
The Semi-Private Sessions are broken down like this:
0-25:00- This is the part of the program where you will work on Mobility and Stability as it relates to your specific needs and demands.  This part of the session will address tissue density, tissue length, joint mobility, flexibility, core stability and segmental separation as it relates to your results from the assessment.   When you look over at others in the session, they might be doing different exercises and stretches.

25:00-50:00- This part of the program will be utilizing our proprietary "Cinco Set System", a unique integration of Five exercises and stretches that will improve Mobility, Stability, Strength, Power and Energy.

After each session you will have access to the studio for a Regeneration period where you can use foam rollers, Stick self-massagers, cardio equipment and the Precor Stretch Trainer.
